36 weeks pregnant. Having weird symptoms. Is baby coming soon?

I am 36 weeks pregnant today with my first child. For the last 2 days I have had flu symptoms and have been in bed most of the time. Besides my flu symptoms, I have had tremendous pressure in my pelvic area accompanied by nonstop aches in my hips, lower back and tailbone. Also, my 'lady parts' are puffy and hurt when I switch positions or move around. Today I got up to walk around a bit because my flu symptoms are doing much better and I felt very light headed being on my feet and my pelvic region hurt and the pressure was very intense down there. I believe the baby has dropped but I am not sure. He is much lower than he usually is and there is lots of pressure down there so I figured he must have. I also have this nagging feeling that the baby is going to be coming soon. Could I be having my baby soon?
