Rogers pvr stuck recording station I don't want?

I own a Rogers PVR. Seems the unit is stuck constantly recording channel 539, although it does not appear on the list and I have not set it to record. I've tried re booting several time with no success. You should be able to record a show while watching another channel live, but when doing this the machine tells me it's recording 2 channels. Any techies out there?
