Do I have a chance of getting into UCSB?

I am a high school senior. I have a 3.7 GPA, I got an 1860 on the SAT and am in model united nations and csf. I volunteer as an attorney for youth court and plan to get a letter of recommendation from there. I also wrote my essay about having cancer at a young age and believe it is pretty good. I know it's getting harder and harder to get into college and UCSB is my number one choice.
