Physical skin problems- sign of weakness?

People with the skin condition Vitiligo are amongst the bravest people in the World. It's not easy walking around with patches of depigmented skin. I should know I have it on my hands and on parts of my body. I cover up patches of white around my mouth with tinted moisturizer. We live in a vain and image obsessed society where physical difference is considered 'weak'....when in fact those who have to live with Physical conditions develop tremendous inner strength.
