Superheroes or villains to dress up as?

So for out banquet in theater we have to dress up as a villain if you're an actor and a superhero if you're a techie. I'm both so I get to choose. I'm 15, and fairly modest. I don't want anything complicated, and it should be easy to do. It should also be quite recognizable. I'm not really familiar with any of these things, so I need a unique idea to wear! Again, modest and easy. Kthanks :D
