Is lenovo G430 laptop good?

I'm not a techie person and I'm planning to buy this laptop (lenovo g430). I'd like to ask if this is a good laptop? I am a student and I need a laptop that best fits for me. I would consider a laptop that is fast in internet browsing since I do internet research most of the time. Thank you....
