Help Help Help Please: Downloading something the background (software)?

What kind of files are being dl? Its kinda hard to find auto run programs that dl on the background, youve already done msconfig, so suspect a virus. Buy Kaspersky, it has monitoring capabilities to make sure its not dl other stuff, then again, that program auto dl stuff too. But yeah, it could be a virus.
