How can all babies be born atheists?

I agree, I think atheism involves a rejection of beliefs involving gods. Not rejection of a god, rejection of a belief in a god. Rejection of a god implies that you believe in the god but choose not to follow it. No one in this society gets very old before being exposed to the concept of gods, so no one stays in that "blank slate" state for long
