How can I find replacement pieces for a lost decoration set?

My fianc� had a set of three hanging plates--the kind that rest in a wire rack on the wall. She was quite fond of this decoration but has since lost two of the three plates. Because of its tremendous sentimental value I have been looking for replacements to match the plates that were lost. These are not antiques (only purchased a few years ago at a chain craft store) and there is no indication on the remaining plate of a manufacturer. It simply indicates it was made in China. The artwork on the plate is rather unique and includes a poem and author. Is there any suggestions for identifying this piece and finding replacements for the set?
