I can't hear a music's lyrics when playing music in my laptop! help!?

i guess there is something wrong with the driver.. uhm when i play youtube or just winamp or any music in my laptop, i could not hear its lyrics, only the music... i went to a technician . he repaired it but when i play youtube, the problem is still there..i cant hear the lyrics! pls help. tell me what to do or driver that i should use! .. realtek audio HD is my sound software.. uhm help help. not so techie here..
