If someone is born paralyzed and goes through life sinning and doesn't accept Jesus?

God is good! You fail to understand that He gives a way out! A way to avoid this pain that will be occuring in Hell! Those who don't accept the way out, they suffer. Plain and simple. The Bible is the truth. He's a good God for offering this way out.
