Is it time to outlaw all forms of anti Semitism, anti Israel or holocaust denial?

I believe that America and Europe need to get into multiracial mode and embrace tolerance. I think that Jews have a vital role to play in transforming these formally white nations into bastions of diversity. the first step in this much needed process is to ban any negativity directed towards the Jewish peoples who will lead this tremendous and exciting change. How do we get people to accept this?
