I have been taking this pre-workout supplement for a week now. 1 scoop last week, kicked it up to 1.5 scoops today. I haven't felt weird or anything after workouts until today. I feel very on-edge for no reason. My resting heart rate is fine, however. I have always been in tremendous health, so I don't think it is causing any cardiovascular problems. Just feel...weird. Anybody else feel this after taking it? Should I keep it to 1 scoop from here on out? Thanks in advance.
