Working on a techie helmet-thing?

It consists of a FLIR monocular, speakers and several other parts. The only part I kind figure out for myself is i have a second monocular fitted with mirrors to a 3.5" LCD screen. There is a camera in the front to connect to it. However, I also want to run live video feed through a facial ID program on an on-board computer. The problem is I can't program the facial recognition and the 3.5" LCD screen has no VGA jacks to connect to. Any tips would be useful.
